Pasta with vegetable sauce:
Cook the pasta normally.
Ingredients for vegetable sauce:
- 2 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Half cup of sliced onion and carrot
- 1 minced garlic.
- Chicken broth.
- Tomato sauce (you can easily make it yourself)
Preparation:
In olive oil; add onion, carrot, and garlic and cook during two minutes. During this two minutes keep stiring. When done, add chicken broth and mix with the vegetables during 2 minutes. After this, add the tomato sauce and stir.
